Ethernet is the least affected of the three interfaces. The Ethernet
physical connection is isolated at DC so there is no possibility for a
ground loop. The Ethernet physical interface is transformer coupled to
provide further isolation. I believe that the Ethernet connection is
designed to withstand up to 2000V being impressed between the cable and
ground.

And if one needs further isolation, Ethernet can operate using either
shielded or unshielded cable.

There is no question which is the best interface from the point of view of
protecting the equipment.
