Jerry, I have a shuttle that I built myself. I use the onboard graphics, which includes an HDMI port and a DVI port. For the other three monitors I use a USB adaptor called EVGA plus, available from Amazon.com for $63.00. The newer adapters are USB 3 devices (downward compatible with USB 2). The key with these, if you use a hub, is to make sure the hub has an adequate 5v power source. Your best bet is a USB expansion card working directly off the bus.
My operating system is Windows 7 Ultimate, i7 processor, 16GB ram. I have found that Display Fusion is a great multiple window manager and provides some features and benefits that Windows by itself doesn't. For example, independent wallpaper on each monitor, independent screen savers, and a host of utilities. 73, -- Steve Miller w6sdm.net _______________________________________________ Flexedge mailing list [email protected] http://mail.flex-radio.biz/mailman/listinfo/flexedge_flex-radio.biz This is the FlexRadio Systems e-mail Reflector called FlexEdge.
