Having worked for an manufacturer in a different industry for 13 years, I
know how these things go. When I plopped down my money at Hamvention last
year, I had no delusion that Flex would be able to make that 4th quarter
promise. I knew it could be possible, but also knew the odds were against
Flex.

Frankly, I personally don't care how long it takes. I want it to be right
the first time around and not have to send it back for a "patch".

So take the time as needed Gerald, Greg and the development team a Flex. As
Gerald said; some of best wines just take time. And by the looks of the
teaser videos (your killing me Greg) I'm expecting something akin to the
quality of a 1959 Lefite Rothschild. No pressure. hihi

Subject: [FlexEdge] Flex 6000 deliveries planned for Q2 2013; New video+pix

>From tonight's Flex Insider:

"Our plan is to ship the Limited Edition radios during Q2 2013. That means
that we expect to ship early orders near the beginning of the quarter and
late orders toward the end of the quarter. It is possible that some of the
later orders could spill over into early Q3. Post Limited Edition orders
will begin shipping in Q3."

Also - a new demo video: http://bit.ly/W4HyDF

and two wide-spectrum (13MHz span) views:

One with 20M preamp off: http://bit.ly/VrpNg4 One with 20M preamp on:

The photos show the effect of the narrowband preamp, and the ability to
visualize the MUF.

Being about #20 in the queue, I'm looking forward to April :)
