No, not the VFO display, rather the frequencies along the top edge of the
Panadapter itself.

No, it has always read 14.215000, 6 digits after the decimal point the last
three in a smaller font and a different color (100Hz, 10Hz and 1 Hz) but
never two decimal points before or now in 2.6.4.
