I am in France. I have no problem opening directly or downloading the
operating manual. Apparently, this problem is not at Flexradio site. Don't
give up ! A few idiosyncrasies (that the software will correct) do not
prevent the SDR1000 to be very captivating.

I am sure you have a great product but without the manual I think I
would be better off sticking with known brands until I have more
information.
The GUI looks good and some are reporting great things with the
system. It may help your endeavor to spend a little more time insuring
that your links work.
