[Flexradio] HELP! with new radio

I was up most of the night trying to get my new SDR-1000 to work. I just received it yesterday. I bought a bundled package so the software was installed, configured and tested. My problem is very basic. I am not getting a signal in or out of the sound card. I have double checked the connections to the delta 44 breakout box. I am tuned to a local radio station and there is no indication on the spectrum scope. In fact the same level exists (-110 db) whether or not the Flex-radio is on or off or the antenna is connected or disconnected. I am sure that I am overlooking something very basic. Of course the lack of sleep doesn’t helpJ Any ideas would be appreciated. Dave N1IX
