[Flexradio] PowerSDR Beta v1.4.5 Preview 4 / Spectrum display

Hi,

in CW mode the spectrum display is no more adapted to the bandwidth of the 
choosen filter for values below 500 Hz as it was for all versions before.

Is this an intended change?
