I am getting the same error on my laptop as well as when using remote
desktop to another PC and attempting to run PowerSDR pre 8. This occurs with
first run after install, so it should be GDI mode and not DirectX . It does
not occur however on another PC, where PowerSDR pre8 loads and runs fine. I
have not found a solution yet, I wonder if it is conflict with certain
video drivers?
