Hank was  there but tried at 14307 because of qrm and 313 was occupied. 14313
is  known over the years as a "snake pit", if you know what I mean. Used to
be  the Maritime Mobile Net years ago until KV4FZ and his cronies drove them
to  14300. Pretty tough place to hold a net. Might be worthwhile to find  a
different frequency.
