Hank, It works fine for me in PSK31 mode. In order to be able to help you solve you problem, can you provide some details about you setup?
PowerSDR version? Soundcard type? VAC version? VAC Buffers? Audio Soundcard buffers? Soundcard buffers? (if applicable) MixW version?
