This is related to our -11kHz offset.  This gives us rails of
High: sample_rate/2-if-spur_reduction_width
Low: -sample_rate/2-if+spur_reduction_width

At 96kHz, this figures to High: 33924 and Low: -55974, hence the lop-sided
view.  Note that when you scale all the way out, the -11kHz hump is directly
in the center.
