Is there a schematic of the SDR-1000 to aid in troubleshooting? TNX Kevin

Kevin, this suggest your LO is not in the right frequency.
Can you check the ref oscillator and see if it generating 200 MHz? I had 
a bad oscillator that drove my crazy.
I suggest also resetting the parallel cable and even check the 
continuity of all wires.
