I have no problem with 1.8.0 reaching full power on all bands except 10
meters, where the max is 85 watts.

Make sure you audio connections are making good contact especially on
the SDR1K end.

Subject: Re: [Flexradio] Help with Power Amp Calibration

I have also just bought a new SDR-1000 and am having the same problem
with
power amp calibration. Using a Delta 44 soundcard and Power SDR v1.8.0
the
auto calibrate never gets beyond 160 metres as the maximum output is
only
about 90 watts. I can manually calibrate and get 100 watts on all bands
apart from 160 and 10 metres. On 10 metres the maximum power is only 44
watts with a gain setting of 38. However, the gain settings on all bands
are
much lower than the Flexradio test results supplied with the rig. I have
had
to set gain on most bands to not much above 38. The highest is 43.2 on
80
metres.

However, if I load Power SDR v1.6.3 the auto calibrate works fine and
the
gain settings are very similar to the Flexradio test results and with
100
watts on all bands. So it looks to me like it is a software bug with
Power
SDR v1.8.0. If so I wonder why none of the 'old timer' SDR users have
noticed it ....or is it just that we newbies have the Flexradio test
results
in front of us for comparison.
