Hello Patrick As you know we never fixed the freezing problem when using Multipsk/SDR1000 with the proposed Delta M44 soundcard and the Virtual Cables connection to the SDR. It even occured when using a second soundcard (Soundblaster PCI 128).FOR Multipsk Now am I using a different SDR to PC interfacing. The HPSDR Janus/Ozy interface. Ozy is a controller board connected via USB2 to the PC. Janus is a excellent soundcard up to 192 Khz. Both boards are sitting on a Atlas Backplane board which contains 6 connecters to add additional boards on it. They are currently tested and later produces. The so called Mercury and Penelope boards: A direct conversion receiver and a TX board for 1 watt. So far I am here only using the interfacing part to the SDR with only one USB cableneeded to the PC. It works fantastic and the good news is, the freezing on Mutlipsk has disapeared and I am able to enjoy using Multipsk either via DX_Lab Vac 4.03 or with a second soundcard. All works great.
