FYI, I tried calling them all afternoon yesterday. Only 80% of the calls actually resulted in the phone ringing and when it was answered, they could not hear the caller.
I used three different networks to place the calls and the problem still existed, so the issue is definitely on their end. Use the web order form rather than calling.
