There is some kind of problem getting the latest DttSP.dll from SVN. The solution to this problem is to manually delete the DttSP.dll file and then do another SVN Update to restore it (hopefully with the correct version of the file).
I would recommend that you download and install the latest version of TortoiseSVN if you're not already running it.
