Hi, Very similar to the frequency by bandwidth plan RM-306 ARRL proposed and FCC turned down with most of the same problems that caused the FCC to turn it down. Screws CW and digimode operators. What happened to the 7070 US digimode subband? I operate digimode DX on 7035, so now Region I & III will share it with Region II, so goodbye DX. Provision for PIII, which probably is inevitable. Note they are out of SSB operators hair at expense of CW and narrow band digital modes. All the same as RM-360 except no one got to make comments or oppose it. That's democracy for you. You can see ARRL's behind this. CW code practice on 3525 and 7025, or are they going to discontinue that too? Lousy magazine anyway.
