I am somewhat confused on how the vox is supposed to work - I know how it should work. The first example was using a Heil Pro thru an adaptor - Yeasu - in the front panel. The vox keys up though it doesn't stay keyed when talking but no rf out unless I key the radio either by selecting MOX or with a foot switch - shouldn't work that way. The second example was with a Heil Heritage plugged into the balanced input in the rear of the radio. Again the same problem - no output - unless I keyed the radio. It can't be that difficult.
