I have the radio going fine again but I am not quite sure why. I did two things..I had turned on the computer before the radio so I shut everything down and started over. I also had both versions 1.10 and 1.12 on the hard drive even though I only ran 1.12. I uninstalled 1.10 and restarted SDR. All is fine now.
