I am a little concerned about this development(?), as I have an original working three-board SDR-1000. Does this mean that I can no longer use the newer versions of PowerSDR? I know some people use the three-board set with transverters for VHF/UHF/microwave use, the RFE and power amp are not necessary for this configuration.
Are there RFE boards still available from Flex? Do I need to build my own RFE? Is this a way to isolate the sdrTEC Wonderadio and SDR100 clone folks? Thanks.
