Sure sounds like rf into the computer to me. First suspicion would be the kvm. You could try adding a ground wire from the kvm case to your station ground or temporarily taking the kvm out of the loop and see what happens. Or try adding a ground wire from the computer case to your station ground. If your firewire cable doesn't have them, try a snap on bead on each end.
Lots of things hooked to the computer here like external speakers, wireless usb keyboard and mouse, other usb stuff, and no problems at 100w. Hope that doesn't change when I add an amp.
