I do notice that often on start up of Skype, the sound configuration in Skype changed and I have to change Skype back to the appropriate VAC cable numbers. The sound settings do not save properly. Also, make sure that in PowerSDR, in VAC settings that Direct I/Q output to VAC is NOT checked. Just enable VAC, but not direct to I/Q. Just some ideas to check. good luck.
