I run it hear quite a bit on XP32bit and WIN7 64bit but I have it is set up for COM PTT and not CAT PTT and haven't had it lock anything up. I've ran it on 1.18.3 and the PAL SVN's including the latest 3523 versions and both 3000 and 5000A.
