Hi All,
I was trying a program called Mini Deluxe to take the place of Ham Radio
Deluxe to eliminate the CAT delays between PowerSDR and other programs.
I found when Mini Deluxe was on RCP 1 in DDUtil I was getting intermittent
CAT commands to the Icom PW-1 out the serial to CI-V interface.
The author of Mini Deluxe, Dave, K1FSY, suggested I move Mini Deluxe to
another RCP port besides RCP1.
I now have Bob S Meter on RCP2 with polling disabled and Mini Deluxe on RCP
3. CAT command to HRD Logbook, Bob S Meter, and Icom PW-1 amp are now fast
with no delays!
For those having CAT delay issues and using DDUtil, try moving your program
connections to RCP 2 thru 4 and not use RCP1. If that works then we can let
Seve, K5FR, know the findings.
