Last night I decided to take the plunge and upgraded to PSDR Ver. 2.0.16 from Ver. 1.18.6. As suggested, I read the release notes beforehand and followed them exactly. (Novel concept for some of us - read the directions first!!). The upgrade worked with no problems whatsoever. In a matter of a few minutes, I was ready to go.
I am using a Flex 5000A with the second receiver and the ATU. My desktop computer is running Windows 7 64 bit. In addition to PSDR, I routinely have Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook, and Ham Radio Deluxe running at the same time. Even with all of these programs running, my CPU usage is under 40% on a stock off-the-shelf HP from Sam's Club that I bought a year or so ago.
