Maybe we should restart a CP/M user group? I have an Altair 8800, an
Altair 8800B Turnkey (rare), an Imsai, and a Xerox 820, along with two
H19s and a bunch of spare S100 boards. The Imsai and Xerox still run
CP/M 1.4 & 2.2. I have a bunch of CP/M and SIG/M user group disks as well.
Can we get an SDR1000 running on CP/M and an H19? I know that I could
control the SDR1000, not sure about the graphics or DSP part.... hi hi.
Maybe a small FPGA board buried inside the computer, taking power and
control signals from the S100 bus to keep it "legal"?
Not as far back as some of the other comments here, and NO, I did not
launch that missile in California! I was playing a nice game of chess
against WOPR on my Imsai at the time.
