I just picked up a Diamond Radeon HD 4350 card for $44 (new). It has VGA, DVI, and HDMI outputs. The DVI output drives the main display, a 22" Samsung 1920x1080 display. The HDMI output goes to a 22" HP 1680x1050 display that gets shared with my laptop.
