The suggestion below is very good, but the audio will not traverse the VPN
that you have built.  It will go outside the VPN to the Skype servers to
route between the remote and the local sites.

An excellent piece of software is IPSound.  Great functionality, but it no
longer supported.  It is still worth a look.

Here is a typical configurations that I have used.


Remote                           Local

Flex <-> VAC <-> IPSound <-> VPN <-> IPSound <-> VAC <-> HRD or similar
program.

I have built this setup and it works nicely - IPSound allows you to select
the quality and the bandwidth that you require.

This setup forces all the audio through the VPN.
