Before SDR, I always tried to set my transmit center frequency around 1500
Hz, with the assumption that this was within the normal passband of my TS570
(speech compressor off, of course).

With SDR on RTTY, when I narrow the bandwidth to 300 Hz on RTTY (LOVE THOSE
FILTERS!), I see that on DIGI-U the center of the passband is at about 1500
Hz above center (makes sense). But on DIGI-L, it's about 2200 Hz below
center.

I have used DIGI-U just like I always used USB on my 570, but the other day
a ham emailed me and said I was reversed and should be using the other
sideband. So when I switched to SIGI-L, that's when I made this
observation.

Any thoughts/guidance on this appreciated.
