Tim, It was great to see both you and Bob at the FrostFest yesterday. The Flex booth was indeed PACKED all day and the excitement and interest was clearly there! I wanted to be sure to compliment you and Bob on the calm, professional, and enthusiastic attitude you provide at the Flex booth. This is very hard and intense work, with so many urgent and technical questions from the masses. Even the most simple and silly questions you handle with respect, and the most difficult and challenging questions you handle with a deep knowledge of the product and SDR technology. How you handle this duty so well, and for so many straight hours on your feet, is just amazing.
