This version went in fine. You must uninstall the 4.09 version and
then install the 4.11 version. Wroking well here.

OK, but what does 4.11 do that 4.09 doesn't do? Is it worthwhile to
upgrade?
And what should be used to uninstall 4.09. I had a bad experience
with the Trial version using Windows Control Panel and Add/Remove
Programs. When I bought and downloaded the Licensed version, it said
to uninstall ALL previous versions of VAC. Add/Remove Programs does
NOT do a complete job and left some pieces of the Trial version.
Therefore, the Licensed version would NOT load. I got a lot of help
from a friendly Flexer and the problem was solved.
But, does one need to use something like Revo to remove the old
version?
