If this is correct, I'd like to know more about using the Flexradio Audio lines... I was under the impression that selecting the flexradio audio was to be avoided for some reason...

Any info forthcoming...?

Subject: Re: [Flexradio] CW Skimmer not decoding I/Q

Thanks for all the replies. I followed a suggestion by Bill, W9OL, and set the CWS Signal I/O device to "Flexradio Audio", which I understand to be the direct I/Q data from the Firewire driver. This is working perfectly, and I like that I do not have to change PowerSDR settings to use VAC for a digimode program like DM780. If there are drawbacks to this approach, I would appreciate feedback.

Tim, at your suggestion, I tried setting the Win7 Audio device to 2-channel, which I did before starting the radio or any programs, but it does not work. I must be missing some other setting on VAC, but I think I will give up for now.

Thanks again to all who replied, both on and off list.

Marshall N5JPJ
