The database update could form the basis for a 2.1 build, including patches and other functionality still required from the 2.0 tree.
It would seem to be good to get a version 2 to production quality that moves FlexWiki into the .Net 2.0 framework as soon as possible. I think you are almost there. The existing SQL code works and so long as you can make it function with the security then that would seem to meet the immediate requirement. I would vote to wait and do the SQL design properly at a slightly later date.
