Also, I'm not sure what you mean by "changing the links". If you're talking
about the links between wiki pages, then you shouldn't have to do anything
at all - we did a bunch of work to make sure that FlexWiki uses the
execution context to get the links right. Links in to the wiki from outside
obviously will need to be updated, as will hard-coded http links.

As long as you used relative paths in the config files, then yes. Otherwise
you'll have to make sure the paths are correct.
