Hmm. That might be a regression I introduced when fixing the bug that
wouldn't let you enter qualified names into the topic bar. I'll investigate
and fix.

If you attempt to create a new page by clicking in the TopicNameBar and then
providing a wikiname and then pressing enter the edit process fails saying
that a namespace is required.
You can create a new topic by placing a wikiname on a page and then clicking
it to enter the edit process.
