Got an issue with tooltops/alt text. It happens in FF and IE7 Repro in : Make a longish page that scrolls off the screen vertically with topic links all along the page. If you hover over a topic link at the top of the page, and then scroll down to the middle of the page, the tool tips appear well above the link (approximately where you first hovered on a link at the top of the page.) If you scroll on down the page, you'll see that every time you hover, the tooltips are higher and higher on the screen. Worth a SF bug?
