I guess this brings up some good questions. Should the Change Styles link go into the default _NormalBorders that gets cooked up if there are no customizations? Should this be yet another setting? Should it be implied if there are <AlternateStylesheet> elements in the config? Or is it an documented, but not default, feature that can easily be added in? Or something else?
