It (and the <OverrideStylesheet> setting) will certainly make this possible.

Right now it is completely up to you where it goes (or if it is not
there at all.)

I guess this brings up some good questions. Should the Change Styles
link go into the default _NormalBorders that gets cooked up if there
are no customizations? Should this be yet another setting? Should it
be implied if there are <AlternateStylesheet> elements in the config?
Or is it an documented, but not default, feature that can easily be
added in? Or something else? Anyone have any thoughts?
