OK, I'll create a new style in the css. I just used TopicInfo.

So do you a) think I should leave it alone and have the inconsistency,
b) grandfather in the old place so that either would work, or c) just
change it. I'm of the mind to just change it (c) since this is all new
stuff to 2.0 anyway, but I can cave to public opinion.

Chocolate would certainly be the default, so I guess the only question
is do we want to turn this on by default or not.
