Well, I don't really have a strong opinion about this. On the one hand, a
wiki is a pretty darn good place to capture informal documentation...as long
as someone polices it. Which we don't have. But maybe this is a case where
something is better than nothing. 

Clearly, the code should be commented where it's not crystal clear what's
going on. That's just good sense. Beyond that, I don't really have a vision
for what I think should happen. Editing the appropriate pages on the wiki is
probably pretty reasonable. If nothing else, it's sort of telling if *our*
wiki has crappy information in it. :)
