I'm afraid it doesn't work that way. :-( The reason that Microsoft holds the copyright to FlexWiki is because I wrote a pile of it (so that work is covered under my employment agreement with Microsoft that says when I write something like this on company time and company equipment it's company property) and the rest has been written by people who have signed an assignment agreement saying that Microsoft becomes the owner of their contribution (and they also retain the right to do whatever they want with it).
So that covers actual contributions to FlexWiki from inside Microsoft and outside. What it doesn't do is mean that anything Microsoft owns the copyright for can simply be dropped into FlexWiki. I can't quite follow the thread below, but I'm guessing that the upload feature had some images for certain types of documents and those are the issue?
