I just checked in more caching changes. Specifically, TextReaderForTopic
and AllTopics are now cached, which should provide speedup for some
scenarios. Anecdotally, it does appear to make the RecentChanges page faster
(it was fairly slow before) but I haven't actually put a stopwatch on it
yet.
