I don't think I would say this isn't the "correct" way to proceed, but to me
there's something slightly aesthetically discordant about this. It seems to
me that if the core really is independent of the web app, then the unit
tests for the web app ought to be independent of the unit tests for the
core. So I'd rather see a FlexWiki.Web.UnitTests project with its own set of
tests. 

Of course, I think I must be insane to make *any* objections to a proposal
to add *more* tests to FlexWiki. :) In my opinion, the fact that you've
taken the time to do this means you have the moral authority to implement it
as you see fit!
