The way the code is written now, there's no way to prevent a user from
reading the _ContentBaseDefinition topic without also preventing them from
reading every other topic in the namespace.unless you want to put AllowRead
directives on every page. J
Your feature request is a good one. I'm not going to be implementing it for
2.0, though, as I don't want to expand the scope beyond what I've already
tackled. However, if someone else wants to pick it up, there's probably
still time to complete it before we release. Otherwise, we can put it in a
post 2.0 release.

Subject: [Flexwiki-users] Admin Page Feature Request
Hi,
in adding a new provider... can it have an optional authorization field
(along with the namespace, connectionstring, title, etc)... the DenyEdit,
DenyRead, and ManageNamespace? because it would be more manageable and all
that to just set the authorization at this stage and not on the
_ContentBaseDefintion topic... and when editing the namespace provider also,
wherein there are only two fields - namespace(non-editable field) and
directory(editable), it would also be nice to include the description,
contact, title (those fields when creating a provider yet), and the
authorization field... we just would like to limit the accessing of the
_ContentBaseDefinition topic... we would like to pretend to the user aside
from the administrator that this topic does not exist... hehe.. and that
only the administrator can add and modify namespace information...
thanks and best regards,
helen
