I think this is a bug. If I create a single topic with DenyRead in a namespace for a user group, all subsequent WikiTalk that attempts to access that Topic discovers that it cannot read the topic and returns a WikiTalk error. This means that pages built to gather properties of Topics within a namespace will always fail if the user does not have read access to _every_ topic in the namespace.
I think the correct behavior should be that when the WikiTalk finds it is not able to read a Topic it should ignore that particular Topic, rather than return an error that stops the process.
