It looks like you are running IPV6 internally on your network and going out through an IPV6->V4 tunnel converter (or, lucky you, your ISP supports IPV6 nativley). Anyway FlexWiki is not expecting an IPV6 address and that is why you see the '-::1'. It should look like '-10.10.100.1' (any way it should be a dotted 32 bit address). But that may not be the only issue, but I would see if you can disable the IPV6 stack, at least for internal tests and see if that fixes the problem for now. If it does then we can look at what it will take ot fix the issue.
