I'm not sure exactly where the code is, but I do know we're not rewriting
[1]. Instead, I believe that we're using Request.Path, which is the bit
after the default.aspx. Hopefully that helps. 

[1] We should be. The design of the URLs in FlexWiki are horribly broken.
But I was part of the design decision, so oh well.
