All of the enhancements up to, and including, the TableOfContents are
in the main build.

The next ones will be in plugins, as the code is not appropriate for
the main build. Plugins make sense when functionality should not be
universally deployed. One plugin will be for GoogleAds, which will
have limited applicability, and the second is for a Page Hit Counter,
which definitely is not appropriate for any high volume site.


I will always endeavour to be clear about where and how to take
advantage of the enhancement. Plugins are actually very easy to
integrate and do not normally require a new version of the plugin to
support a new main build. So they are low maintenance. Once a plugin
is integrated, it is a first class WikiTalk citizen.
