The error you were seeing was because the VisitorIdentityString is just an
IP address before anything is saved in a wiki. After you have done a save,
if you are anonymous then there is a hyphen prepended, and in all other
conditions there is a hyphen in the string. The case I had not tested for
was no previous save as the browser cache string always had a hyphen in the
string.
The fix is in a revision to the PersonalizationSupportLibrary wikitalk. The
plugin code dies not need any revision.
