I do not have access to the _NormalBorders topic and there is no
option to login with the existing border (I don't know if it is even
possible for me to login). So I have created a topic, NormalBordersJwd
that contains what should be in _NormalBorders. This includes the
various tweaks I have made for locking topics and the admin pages, the
ability to set the style sheet from Nathan and Derek, and adding the
NoFollow notice (it has not been part of the test build).

So if someone with access can do the replacement for us I would be appreciative.
