Do you have newsletters enabled? I don't have a specific scenario in mind,
but that's the only thing that runs in the background, all the time.

I've just uploaded my little internal wiki from 1.8 to 2.0 (fresh install;
copies across namespaces and reconfigured)
It's all working fine. However my CPU utilisation on my web server is now
pinned at around 100% (all w3wp.exe).
Before I start delving into the code, does anyone have any ideas on things
to check out?
